Cloudiness

Correlation between cloudiness and latitude within northern and southern hemispheres is basically unexistant. There is no correlation at all.

Although at northern hemisphere looks like a strong grouping of cities at 0% cloudiness and 25 to 50 degrees latitude, as well as 100% cloudiness and 50 to 70 degrees Latitude; a similar behaviour found at the southern hemisphere, at 0% cloudiness and -38 to -20 degrees latitude, it is not enough to be considered as a representative correlation.
