Correlation between wind speed and latitude within northern and southern hemispheres is also unexistant. There is no correlation at all.
However, in northern hemispheres there is a possible cities grouping showing from 0 to 15 mph wind speed at 35 to 45 degrees latitude, it is not sufficient to be considered as a representative correlation.Visualizations
